Assist CSR/fabrication Manager to lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control wise of the CTR (Meindo) to construct the jacket with tripod 3 legs and consist of 3 (Three) operational decks, i.e. Upper Deck (+) 23,400 T.O.S, Main Deck (+) 17,100 T.O.S, and Cellar Deck (+) 12,050 T.O.S, and supporting deck such as Mezzanine Deck (Access Platform) (+) 20,450 T.O.S, Suspended Deck (+) 8,950 T.O.S, and Open Drain Deck (+) 6,860 T.O.S

 

Developed involving the QA-QC system from Contractor & Subcontractors, how they are implementing the agree approval procedures with risk mitigation strategies, RCA and sequencing plans to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Bringing the Wellhead Platform pre-fabrication, fabrication, assembly, and pre-com for Jacket and Topside onto meet the schedule, safety without LTI and quality project goal overview.

DURATION: Sept 2024 – Feb 2024 | Role: FABRICATION SUPERINTENDENT/DEPUTY FABRICATION MANAGER | Location : Egypt

Project: GOLFINHO Field Subsea Structures | Mozambique LNG Project

Managed the fabrication and delivery of 80+ subsea structures for the Mozambique LNG project. Oversaw the production of Pipeline End Terminations (PLETs), In-Line Tees (ILTs), In-Line Y (ILY) structures, rigid jumpers, and manifold piles. Ensured compliance with strict design specifications, HSEQ standards, and technical requirements.

 

1. Successfully led the fabrication and loadout of over 80 subsea structures. Coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless logistics for offshore installation.

2. Implemented a robust safety management plan, reducing workplace incidents by 40%.

3.Managed factory acceptance tests and system integration for offshore structures, ensuring compliance with all operational requirements

SANTOS OIL SEARCH ALASKA – FPU PIKKA STP

DURATION: FEB 2023 to AUG 2025 | Role: FABRICATION CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Location: Alaska

Managed full fabrication and construction of the Seawater Treatment Plant (STP) on the FPU Pikka STP project.

 

Focused on facility design, material procurement, construction, loadout, and commissioning for a bespoke barge designed for harsh environments.
 

Ensured efficient project execution within tight deadlines.

 

Supervised the fabrication team to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. Led critical lifting operations and reviewed lifting plans using STAADPRO software

Led the fabrication and shipment of 32 jackets to Taiwan.

PT MCDERMOTT INDONESIA – TOTAL TYRA REDEVELOPMENT

DURATION: February  2019 to June 2020 |  Role: Project Deputy Quality Lead | Tyra Redevelopment Project 

Oversaw the quality department for various subsea structures, including the TEG Process Platform and Flare Boom. Ensured project quality standards were maintained, and milestones were met on time.

Streamlined welding procedures, reducing rework by 10%.

Managed successful NDT and mechanical testing of all welded components, ensuring integrity.
