With 27 years of comprehensive experience in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors, I specialize in the fabrication, construction, and offshore installation of complex structures including hull barges, subsea jackets-foundations, topsides, and renewable wind power installations.
Proven expertise in both upstream and downstream projects, I have successfully led teams in the fabrication of conventional jackets (3, 4 & 8 legs), topside modules, and floating accommodation barges, with capacities up to 25,000 tons.
My leadership extends to the planning and execution of offshore installations (HUC) for oil and gas platforms, subsea modules, and renewable energy windfarm infrastructure. I am highly skilled in ensuring safety, quality, and engineering excellence across all phases of construction, while managing large-scale teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

A results-driven leader with expertise in overseeing the fabrication and delivery of over 80 subsea structures for the Mozambique LNG project. Skilled in managing complex subsea infrastructure components, including Pipeline End Terminations (PLETs), In-Line Tees (ILTs), In-Line Y (ILY) structures, rigid jumpers, and manifold piles. Responsible for ensuring all structures meet strict design specifications, HSEQ standards, and technical requirements, while maintaining on-time and withinbudget delivery.

Experienced in managing the full scope of fabrication and construction for the Seawater Treatment Plant (STP) on the FPU Pikka STP project, including facility design, material procurement, construction, loadout, and commissioning. This bespoke barge is designed to support water injection facilities for 25 years in harsh environmental conditions. Accountable for ensuring efficient project execution, meeting tight deadlines, and overseeing the fabrication and installation of critical infrastructure components.

FORMOSA 2 WIND FARM POWER COMPANY (TAIWAN)
Led the fabrication, commissioning, and loadout of 32 wind turbine foundation jackets and transition pieces for the Formosa 2 Wind Farm project. Oversaw the entire process at Saipem S.A.'s fabrication yard on Karimun and Batam Islands, ensuring timely delivery to Taiwan for offshore installation. Ensured compliance with safety, quality, and project schedule requirements while actively managing QHSE activities and coordinating all project stakeholders
